Brief：

In-line type vacuum/gas atmosphere annealing furnace, which consists of multi chamber including preparing chamber, heating chamber and gas-cooling chamber, each chamber is isolated by gate valves into independent processing environment, is a fully automated production equipment applying to sintering, annealing and cooling executed under vacuum environment or protective gas convection      atmosphere at same time after sintered magnets or metal alloys are transferred by rollers from one chamber to the other successively.
